Payment and Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Scope of the Policy and the Products or Services It Covers

This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of access to the Course A premium show production platform operated by primeshowly. The platform provides training and tools covering studio setup, stage lighting, camera movement, audio control, and smooth workflows for both live and recorded programs. It covers subscriptions for digital content, course modules, and related services purchased through the website. The policy governs transactions made by consumers located in the United Kingdom and explains how payments are processed and under what circumstances refunds may be issued. It does not cover physical goods or services delivered outside the digital platform environment.

Prices, Currencies, Taxes, and Any Additional Charges

All prices on the platform are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices are inclusive of value added tax (VAT) at the prevailing UK rate where applicable. Any additional charges such as currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider or bank will be your responsibility and are not included in the displayed price. primeshowly reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect existing confirmed subscriptions until renewal. Promotional pricing is clearly marked and subject to the terms of the specific offer.

Accepted Payment Methods, Payment Authorisation, and Payment Security

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure electronic payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are authorised in real time through our payment processor. By submitting payment details you authorise primeshowly to charge the full amount for the selected subscription or course access. Payment security is handled by industry-standard encryption and PCI DSS compliant third-party processors. We do not store full card details on our systems. If authorisation fails, your order will not be processed.

Order, Booking, or Service Confirmation and When a Contract Is Formed

Upon successful payment you will receive an email confirmation containing order details and access instructions. A binding contract is formed at the moment payment is successfully authorised and confirmation is issued. Access to the platform is granted immediately after confirmation for digital subscriptions, unless a cooling-off period applies as detailed below.

Cancellation Rights and Applicable Cancellation Periods

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract being formed without giving a reason. For digital content, cancellation rights may be lost once you begin downloading or streaming the content if you have expressly consented to immediate performance. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time after the initial 14-day period, but no prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining term unless otherwise required by law.

Refund Eligibility, Exclusions, and Non-Refundable Items or Services

Refunds are available within the 14-day cooling-off period provided you have not started consuming the digital content. After this period or once content access has begun, refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances such as technical failure preventing access that primeshowly cannot remedy. Non-refundable items include completed courses, downloaded materials, and promotional or discounted subscriptions. Services already rendered are excluded from refund eligibility.

The Step-by-Step Procedure and Information Required to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number, the date of purchase, and a clear statement of your reason for cancellation. Include your full name and the email address used for the purchase. Requests must be submitted within the applicable time limits. You will receive an acknowledgement within five working days.

Inspection, Approval, Rejection, and Notification of the Refund Decision

Each refund request is reviewed individually. primeshowly will inspect the account activity to confirm whether digital content has been accessed. You will be notified of the decision by email within 14 days of receipt of your request. If approved, the refund will be processed. If rejected, reasons will be provided along with any available alternatives such as account credit.

Refund Method, Processing Time, and When Funds Should Reach the Customer

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes five to ten working days, although your bank or card issuer may require additional time to credit your account. For credit card refunds the funds should appear on your statement within 10 to 14 working days. We cannot guarantee exact timing due to factors outside our control.

Special Rules for Digital Content, Subscriptions, Services, or Promotional Offers Where Relevant

Because Course A delivers digital content and subscriptions, the 14-day cancellation right is modified once you access the platform. By agreeing to immediate access you acknowledge that cancellation rights are lost for consumed content. Promotional offers are non-refundable after the cooling-off period and subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, Chargebacks, and Suspected Fraud

If a payment fails you will be notified and given the opportunity to update payment details. Duplicate charges will be investigated and refunded where verified. Chargebacks are treated as refund requests and may result in suspension of access pending resolution. Suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to relevant authorities and accounts may be suspended without refund.

Mandatory Consumer Rights in the United Kingdom That the Policy Cannot Exclude

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. These rights cannot be excluded or limited. If you believe your statutory rights have been breached, you may seek redress through the courts or alternative dispute resolution.
