Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom may also bring proceedings in their local courts. Nothing affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes Regulations.

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date

If any provision of these terms is found invalid the remaining provisions continue in full force.
